The base prices listed include a simple but complete decorative scheme – for the French and German instruments this would normally be with a painted case in one or two colours, with gold bands to the outside of the case, as illustrated on the Goermans/Taskin page. For the Italian harpsichord the case can either be oiled cedar or cypress, or painted outside with a natural wood lining to the inside.

The instruments are, as standard, supported by a dismountable trestle stand with 4 turned legs, except the Italian harpsichord which has a traditional Italian design based on two pedestals with turnings, and the spinet which is provided with 4 turned and fluted legs screwed directly into the base.

A folding music desk is included, and a plush-lined canvassy cover can be supplied as an option.

Prices are valid for 2008, and include delivery and set-up to UK addresses. British VAT not applicable at present.
